OUR PROJECTS

Kensington basement flat 1

A private residential basement apartment where a new extension was built to the rear. We designed and installed a new glass roof with hidden gutters supported on a T-section rafter. The glass roof had to be manufactured from Active Blue as a planning stipulation. We framed the openings with a slim frame sliding door and window maximising the light whilst giving an elegant feel to the space.
We finished this off with the bespoke copings to the perimeter.

Kensington basement flat 2

A private residential basement apartment which had an existing lean-to conservatory that was in dire need of modernising. This was removed and a modern glazed room was created with bifold doors opening up to maximise the space and create a light-filled space

West London private residence

A private residence that was going through a substantial modernisation. A new pod was introduced to the side of the property and was joined to the existing house with glass roofs on either side flooding the space below with natural light. The new master bathroom included a glass ribbon. The rear space was infilled with 3-panel slim frame sliding doors.

Wansdworth private residence

A private residence in the Wandsworth toast rack area that went through a complete modernisation. There were oversize doors added to the basement dig out flooding the rear extension with natural light. This was combined with a structural glass floor landing, with glass balustrading lining the landing edges of the bridge and stars. The same glass balustrading was used to provide an uninterrupted view of the garden. This was encapsulated with a minimal caping to match the elegant thin frames of the oversize doors.
